Plenty of parking, as this is located in a pretty great area next to a Fred Meyer, you can imagine the size of the parkingn
Service was fast, staff was friendly and seemed to realy be enjoying the job.

If you need to come here bc it’s close then ask for the brunette nicole. DO NOT GO TO BLONDE JODY. She is rude and acts like all customers are beneath her. Like we are all inconveniences to her day. We renewed two vehicle plates here. On separate occasions. Every time we’ve come in nicole is sweet informative and helpful. Jody is just unprofessional and extremely rude. On the phone and in person.

I’ve been using this business off and on for a few years. The service hasn’t ever been anything special but in my recent visit I received service from Jody. As I approached her counter with someone In Front of me, I could read the «attitude» stamp on her forehead while she dealt with the customers that were apparently inconveniencing her. i could see when the customer before me left that they were clearly not happy with their service. I then Brought Jody my bill of sale paperwork. She understandably rejected it as I made a mistake and only got one signature and needed two, an honest mistake. Jody told me in an extremely condescending way that I screwed up and that I need to get BOTH signatures to proceed. Her eye rolling and sighs could have at least waited until I was gone. She then Proceeded to lay down the law about how low my sale price was. She wasn’t at all masking the fact she thought I was evading taxes. Though it wasn’t any of her business, I felt so belittled that I let her know the reason why I bought the car slightly less than book value. I wont be returning to this busniness even wih it being extremely convenient. Please look at the way you treat people Jody, it has an effect on their day as well as your job security. That being said, nicole, another employee there is very polite and professional.

no problem ordering tabs online, then when I called to see why I hadn’t gotten them, they were sent to an old PO box. I spoke with Jody and she acted like I was a waste of her time and that I was bothering her. people in prison get treated with more respect than she treated me with. ill just do business elsewhere and I encourage everyone to do the same.

Go somewhere else. The male employee acts like everyone is bothering him, but at least he doesn’t add unnecessary snark and smart-​ass comments to whomever he’s helping. The female employee (masculine butch with a horrible tan and ugly home perm) is much worse. She needs to be fired. I hope she reads this someday because she needs to know that she’s working in a customer service field, not a customers-​service-​me field. I came there with a neat folder with all the documents they needed inside, explained very nicely what I needed, and handed her the folder. She very rudely said «Um, I need some paperwork?». I had to take the folder back, grab the documents, and hand them to her. God forbid she do any work at her job. It shouldn’t even be her job anymore. I’m extremely understanding of people who work with customers on a daily basis, it’s what I do as my career and I’m very good at it. But I cannot understand why this woman acts the way she does. A woman JUST like her got fired at the place I work at because all she did was bring negativity into the work place everyday and make customers unhappy.
Long story short, DO. NOT. GO. HERE. IT’S NOT WORTH IT!

Super easy access. Easy to find. Super plentiful parking. Friendly and efficient staff. And they accept debit cards! What more do you want?

Always a pain in the butt to renew tabs, the guy I had was nice so thats why giving them 2 stars instead of one. At least I dont have to deal with it again til next year.

Have been to this license place two times. The first time I went there the male employee that helped me was rude and really acted as though I was bothering him. He told me I needed an emissions test done. Then he just walked away from the window.
I thought it was just him, so went back because it was close to my house. Big mistake. This time I had a female employee. She was just as rude as the male employee. She acted as though I was bothering her. When I asked her a question, that really annoyed her. I also asked to change the address on the registration, with her holier than thou attitude she said because my name wasn’t on the registration she couldn’t do it. I went home found that anyone can change the address online as long as you have the registration. B^%$h!
I discovered the license place in Auburn, the people there very fast, friendly and Very Helpful.
It only gets one star because it is less than a mile from my house.
