Worst customer service ever! I just moved to the area and was looking for a uhaul place that had storage. The lovely people of Tacoma referred me to the Spanaway location because they were full out here and said I could get free storage for a month in Spanaway. When I got to this place, they said they didn’t have any free storage. I had to call uhaul corporate to get the storage unit. These guys are jerks and they still tried to charge me!
