First, let me say I travel 80% of the time for work, so I get to enjoy food all over the country. I typically try to find«hole in the wall local restaurants» and avoid chains. In my quest I have eaten at some jems as well as a few duds. My breakfast this morning at BJ’S certainly ranked in the JEM category. The service was outstanding,(thanks Jamie) and the Eggs Benedict was some of the best I have had(and I eat a lot of eggs benedict). The eggs were properly poached and still runny, the ham was delicious and the hollandaise was quite tasty but not overpowering. I opted for the home fries instead of the cheese grits, and they too met the mark. Best of all, at $ 10.95, it was a great value. I whole heartedly recommend BJ’S for breakfast, and while I didn’t have lunch or dinner, I have no doubt that they too would be outstanding.

My favorite breakfast and barbecue restaurant. This place never disappoints and always uses good quality ingredients… If you want good breakfast, this is the best food in Sparks or Reno! Owners take personal pride in the quality and happiness of their customers… Go, bj’s bar b que…

Oh my god, amazzingg Eggs Benedict here! It’s probably my favorite in Reno/Sparks! Also amazing home made biscuits they make from scratch! I will admit, I do wish there were some lighter portions with less calories, but for days when you don’t care, this is awesome!

Went to Hog Wild for the first time recently and found out why the place is always crowded. Really good breakfast and service. Had the smoked corned beef hash which was excellent. Potatoes were OK and eggs were cooked as ordered. Outstanding service despite the crowds.
