There’s nothing quite like hiring an executive chef, and there’s no executive chef quite like Chef Rachael K. Her eagerness to create a complete experience for her clients has taken Rachael K. into realms usually reserved for event planners, sommeliers, and spiritual guides.
From evening feasts with friends to week-long catered events, Rachael K offers a host of different options to fit any occasion.
When an event makes the cut of needing to be catered, there are usually so many things that need to be taken care of that the last thing anyone wants is to be worrying about the caterers. With her years of experience creating eclectic menus from scratch, catering in all conditions, and leaving in her wake satisfied customers rubbing their full bellies in gratitude, Chef Rachael K knows exactly how to take care of everything.
Thorough and thoughtful service is standard when Chef Rachael K caters. Her staff is handpicked with the same attention to detail she uses when selecting ingredients, which themselves are organic and locally sourced whenever possible. Whether you’re looking to build a buffet line in the backyard, wow party guests with a sushi bar in the living room, or host a hundred people for a multi-course meal replete with wine pairings and table service, Chef can make it happen with food that will have everyone coming back for at least a second helping.

Business Owner
Rachael K’s career in the Food Service Industry started in her early teens She had always heard the calling to be a Chef but wanted to experience other parts of life first. So while moonlighting as a cook, server, or bartender she studied the fine crafts of glassblowing, goldsmithing, and textiles. She taught these subjects in schools through-out the midwest and south. She also volunteered in the Americorps, working with the Nevada Department of Forestry. She kept her crew in full bellies by becoming Kitchen Manager on spike camps in the Nevada wilderness. When her term limit was up she married her college sweetheart and made some babies. Now a Mommy with a firm grasp on the inner workings of hectic family life she brings her sanity-saving skills to clients’ homes. Rachael K. Has a broad range of American Regional cuisine in her repertoire. She loves nothing more than entertaining her friends with fantastic layouts of delicious food. She would love to do the same for you!
