PC Service Center

I took my laptop in to get it looked at.
It was running slow and needed a new memory drive.
They gave me a full price of about $ 233. Which seems reasonable for the part they needed, the time, and the programs they put on my laptop like word and anti-​virus.
I would be okay with what I paid if my computer ran the way they said it would. I just got it back yesterday and have only been on in for a short time and it’s still running slow. Not as slow as before but still slow.
I also didn’t like the fact that anyone could walk in and pick up anyone’s computer. I was slowly paying off the total to get it back. And a «friend» went and picked it up without my ok. The paperwork I have only says my name. So it makes me very uncomfortable knowing that some random person could come in and pick up a computer if they know the name of the persons computer.
No one contacted me and said that my computer had been picked up.
To me it seems as though as long as someone had the rest of the money it was okay to hand it to whomever. I feel that should not be allowed.

This place is awesome! My Mom just took her laptop here yesterday, and couldn’t be happier with not only how quickly her laptop was fixed, but she said Patrick was great! She called and told him what had happened… her Windows program (not sure what version she has), did some updates, and when she went to use her laptop after, it had changed her sign in email to one she didn’t use and didn’t know or have a password for! Basically, she could NOT get into her laptop AT ALL! Long story short, of course Microsoft was NO help. I told her «Look on Unilocal and find a computer repair place to take it to!» as neither of had no idea where to go. Well, PC Service popped right up! She called, told Patrick what happened, and he quoted her about $ 130 to wipe it clean, reinstall, and back everything up. Ok, cool. Needs to be done as Mom has to have her laptop functional. She takes it on Tuesday. Patrick needed a password she didn’t know by heart, she stops by home on her way to work and gives it to him over the phone. She then leaves for work, 20 minutes later when she gets there, she’s sees Patrick has called, she then checks her voicemail and it’s Patrick-«You’re laptop is all done. Come pick it up when ever you want. The charge will be $ 40». Say what!!! SWEET! Not only was he super fast, but it only cost her ¹⁄₃ of what she had been quoted! If we ever need either of our laptops worked on or anyone asks us where they should go for computer repair or service, we will DEFINITELY BE referring them to Patrick! ****PATRICK– Please be sure to update your new store hours on your Unilocal page. Mom originally came by on Sunday as your Unilocal page said you were open, but it seems you’ve recently changed your hours, but haven’t updated them on here yet and no one was there when she came by. Just an FYI!!*** Thanks Patrick, you rock!!!

After being disappointed by a few other techs, which will remain nameless, I researched PC repair on Unilocal and after reviewing a few of the comments I thought that I would give them a try. I was extremely happy with the service and their work! They didn’t try to impress me with «tech talk» and the under-​promised and over delivered. I highly recommend them for sales and sales. They have a number of refurbished machines for sale in their shop.

I went to PC Service Center with my old printer. Nat informed me that he could take a look at it but could have a new one for the same price. I came home with a great printer and the nice thing is Nat installed it for me. I just had to plug it in and it is ready to go. I will use them again for yearly maintenance on my laptop as well. My brother had issues with a virus and was very pleased with the results. he received as well!

Awesome service! Friendly folks! Love this place!!! They have knowledgeable staff, and their customer service is fantastic! We went in looking for washers for a mother board install, and they had some!!! They are super great people!!!

Mario, was a the best, my Mom’s 2008 Mac was a mess. Got it up to date and add gigs. Thanks, Mario Good price too and a good turn around time on the repair.

Had an amazing experience with the knowledgable and friendly staff at the PC service center. In fact I was amazed in how honest they were with me even though it meant not making money on my issue. HIGHLY recommend using them for any PC related issues and purchasing a new or used PC.

Awesome bunch of guys here. If your into vaping definitely the place to go. They have your usual generic e-​juice such as tsunami and what not. But also carry Pink Spot (not to my liking) and Ruthless which is one of the premier juices in Cali. The guys their know their stuff when it comes to all the latest mods and different tanks/​batteries to fit your needs and are always willing to answer any questions you may have.

I called PC Service Center to inquire about their repair services. I was surprised to learn they not only provide virus removal, but they back up their warranty if anything should go wrong. I was also surprised to know the service fee was far less than going to another provider. So I brought my laptop in to follow through with the virus removal and as discussed saved my data, formatted the hard drive, and installed new improved virus programs I was so desperately needing. Thanks so much to John and his tech team for taking such good care of me and of course my laptop. I will be back again.
