I have been a customer of Port of Subs for over 20 years!!! But I have to say this. I ordered two sandwiches today(16.00) and was very disappointed!!! My wife literally thought they forgot to put turkey on her sandwich. Meat was ONESLICEPAPERTHIN. No exaggeration! On my sandwich as well. One should not have to pay for double meat to get a REGULAR sandwich. This was a very expensive veggie sandwich with a sprinkle of meat!!! Very disappointing.

The website said it closes at 9pm. Drove all the way there and they were closed. Rude guy said, «we can’t change Google!»

A quick lunch after running some errands. This store is located in the galleria, right up from AAA and across from Home Depot. This location is always clean and there rarely is a wait. Parking is never a hassle with the huge parking lot for home depot. I enjoy port of subs over subway. To meat there veggies are fresher, they slice there meat right in front of you, and there bread is not to chewy and filling. Do not forget to get there rewards card and rack up the points.

Short story short: Good — Crazy fast line. Walked in and walked out 2 minutes later with food in hand. Bad — Bread way to hard. Depressing. I’ll give them another whirl and hopefully upgrade stars.

This is one of the best Port of Subs I have had and I think I have been to them all even the one out at USA Pkwy but the one out there is pretty awesome for how busy they can be.

I’m not sure what kind of people read reviews of chain restaurants. What kind of person are you? Why are you reading this instead of just looking at the online menu? I mean seriously? It’s just a four star review because they didn’t kill me and the place was nice and tidy. Does that make you happy? Are you hoping to find out that they were more pleasant than most of the Port of Subs I have been in over the last few years? Are you hoping to know that they cooked those amazing brownies perfectly here? What do you want imaginary review reader? Do you wanna know that I have ordered the best sandwich on the menu twice? Fine, it was the Medium Hot Pastrami on White Bread. You want to know how I fixed it up? Man you are pushy…” Mayo/Mustard Mix, additional mustard, pickles, onions, light lettuce and oregano and vinegar. Does that make you happy now? No? You want to know pricing? The prices are higher than Subway. But I think the quality is much higher than subway. No…I’m giving you no more. Go and try them for yourself. Beware the Brownie… it’s addicting.

Just another chain restaurant nothing special to report. Service is fast, friendly, and with a smile. Can’t complain about that. I definitely prefer port of subs over subway! I love the lettuce wraps they’re my favorite and good for people like myself watching what you eat.

A good option if you’re looking for a sandwich and you’re in the area. Not the type of place you make a special trip to, but all in all a good, decent priced sandwich shop with a bad ass coke machine. The place is usually clean and tidy. The employees seem to stay on top of keeping the tables cleared and wiped down. On my most recent visit I noticed the guy was actually wiping down the meat/cheese slicer after every customer. I’ve never noticed this before and thought it was pretty cool. The food always seems fresh. The meats and cheeses are sliced fresh upon ordering. The tuna and chicken breast are the exceptions to the sliced fresh rule… I don’t eat either of them here so can’t comment on the quality. The commonly used toppings always look and taste fresh I had them put jalapeños on my wrap last time and they tasted kind of funky. The cookies and brownies the have make for a good dessert too. There are usually only two people working at any given time. From my experience, they have always been friendly and accommodating. I’ll continue to come here when I have a hankering for a sandwich and don’t feel like driving across town.

This is probably the Best Port of Subs around the Reno Sparks Area. They are always friendly, and the place is nice clean.

Probably my favorite Port of Subs in Reno-Sparks. This place is always clean, the lines are never too long, and they’re the most consistent when it comes to quality and freshness of the bread. Even when this place gets busy, they manage to keep the line moving smoothly, something other locations seem to struggle with.
