Business Owner

Manford Glock has been in the pest control industry for 17 years. Manford currently carries licenses in the following catagories:

C-1 Ornamental and Turf, C-2 Industrial/Instutional Pest Control, C-3 Structural Termite Control, C-5 Aquatic, C-6 Right Away.

Manford attended Western Community College and completed his certification as a Residential Home Inspector. Manford also attended Chemeketa Community College in Oregon to complete a course in Wood Destroying Organism Inspection and Evaluation.

We are always continuing our education to allow our customers the most effective serivces. Progressive Pest Management is big enough to handle your needs but still small enough to care.

We’ve been Progressive Pest customers for years, and you couldn’t ask for any better customer service or pest control. John, our service representative, is one of the nicest young men we’ve ever met, and he does a fantastic job servicing our home. He always goes out of his way to do exactly what we want, and goes above and beyond to do anything we ask of him. They service our home throughout the summer, and always make sure to keep it pest free.
I would (and have) highly recommend them to others, and we use their tree maintenance too, they have saved our pine trees from insects that were destroying them. Progressive Pest is a good company that we will continue to patronize because of their great service and value.

I met this company at a Reno home show. I passed by the first time as they seemed to be a little disorganized at their booth.
I visited other pest control companies and returned to the Progressive booth as I liked their display and where a «young» company appearing to just be starting out. My gut instinct said move on but my heart said give them a chance.
I signed a service agreement and schedule the 1^st visit. The service person showed up as schedule, went into the crawl for about 7 minutes then went to his truck to start this large machine to spray pesticide (s).
The machine wouldn’t start and he could not use it. He then proceeded to use a 2 gallon hand sprayer in place of this large machine. I was not impressed and did not received the service he should have provided with the large machine!
I asked «don’t you test your equipment before you start the day’? He replied with a no.
I also asked when he would come back and do it right. He said the hand sprayer should do most of the work.
The next day I called and paid for a service I did not get and cancelled the contract. Their was no offer of compromise or to come back and do it right.
I can not recommend this company.
