ProSource is National company, however our store is owned and operated by our owner from Salt Lake City, Utah, with most of the store in that area, and two stores in Reno and Sparks. He has a total of 14 stores and has been in business over 35 years.

We purchased 2, 10′ x 10″-100% Virgin Wool Carpets from ProSource, Sparks Nv for $ 2500. The service was good during the sale, but when we informed them that the carpets are defective the «service» ended. We didn’t ask for a refund, we asked for replacements and were told that that would only happen if we hired an ispector from their list and paid the $ 350 inspection fees. We agreed to this and began contacting every inspector within a 200 mi radius. I won’t bore you with the multiple reasons there are no inspectors within a 200 mi radius, but there aren’t. ProSource sympathizes with us that there are no inspectors but not that we are out $ 2500 for carpets that are unusable.
