R&M House Cleaning

Ramon and his crew were absolutely amazing! I was referred by my dad who has been using R&M House Cleaning for many years. They responded extremely fast and came over that day to give me an estimate. Today was the first day they cleaned, and the house is impeccable. I would recommend them to anybody looking for an affordable and efficient house cleaning service!

Ramon and his crew have cleaned our house twice now. There is no phone tag… once you text them they respond same day. We have a 2-​story large house and the deep clean was deep… over 6 hours (!). Great job… though you do need to vacuum under beds and furniture yourself and windows are extra.
The people working are very pleasant… a very good experience with this service!

No surprise here just came home after having Hernandez cleaning come out and my home looks amazing!!! Roman and his crew always go above and beyond any expectations I have! Come by and provide an estimate. Tried to text (indicated as the preferred method of contacting them) and call to see if they were still coming and no response.

To start, I have not used this company. The two stars is for poor communication.
A couple of weeks ago, I called to inquire about cleaning in our newly purchased home. A very friendly person returned my call the next day to say they need to come look at the house to determine cost. I said I would call back in a week when I have access to the home after closing.
A week later I called to leave a message that I now own the home. A day later, no return call, so I left a second message and waited 2 days. Again no return call. Wondering if my messages were getting though, I called a third time and spoke to them (they mentioned getting my messages). They agreed to meet me at the house at 5:00 yesterday. They did not show up and did not call. I traveled 200 miles (as I mentioned to them) to meet him. Thus, I was thoroughly disappointed that no one would call in advance or even afterward to followup. Now it makes sense why my other two calls went unanswered.
I get the feeling they are so busy that there is no time to return calls. Not good for business. We chose another far more responsive company who showed up on time this morning and called in advance.

Ramon came out to give us a bid to clean our house on a weekly basis. He showed up 45 minutes late without providing any notice. We thought he was a no show. When providing estimate, he did not take any notes or provide much information. He left saying he would check his schedule and would to give us an estimate by the end of the day. We did not hear back from him again until three days later and only after contacting him. His estimate was by a text message only with a price. His cleaning charges were very high and almost double that of other bids we received. We can’t provide any feed back on how well they clean, but it’s obvious that professionalism and punctuality and are not their strong suit.

After moving into a new place that the landlord didn’t have cleaned at all before moving in we knew that we would have to hire a company. I decided to go with Hernandez cleaning services after getting immediate information and having extreme flexibility with my busy schedule. As it was my first time hiring a cleaning service I wasn’t really sure what to expect…
I came back to my place a few hours later and the entire place was sparkling clean. Ramon walked through with me and showed me everything. Even the balcony was clean which I didn’t even care about, but once again they went above and beyond. Flexible, affordable, honest, and friendly. What more can you ask for? For as long as I live in Reno they will be my go to and an honest reference to anyone that ever needs a place cleaned. As I rarely write reviews, Hernandez Cleaning is one worth sharing with everyone!

Maria and Ramon are the best thing to have happened to me. They are wonderful people and I never worry about my home when they come to clean, in fact I leave the whole house to them so they can work their magic without interruptions from me. They are so good and dependable but honest as well. I hate to share them with anyone else because I want them to always be available to me. They are my family now.

We have enjoyed the clean house the Ramon and Maria provide us. I love these people. They are dependable, trust worthy and super nice. Our dog loves them too. We have them come once a month. I wish I could afford them every week. They mop, dust, vacuum. They even cleaned my oven. They even make toilet paper roses in the bathroom. The kitchen and bathrooms are spotless. I recently use Hernandez cleaning service and have to say they went above and beyond my expectation. I can honestly say they take pride in there work and make your house look amazing. I was super impressed how they cleaning everything from baseboards, blinds, windows inside and out, and not to mention my fridge and washer and dryer machine.
