First of all, I am proud to be a REALTOR at HomeGate specializing in Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Yelp only gives me the option of «Manager», but I am an independent contractor.

Prior to joining Home Gate Realty of Nevada, Scott spent the last 25 years working as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager and Developer working for the major home builders in Northern Nevada. Scott is very passionate about the Home Industry whether as a designer, engineer, builder, or Realtor. Scott has been directly involved with a number of Master Planned Communities such as D’Andrea, Miramonte, Wingfield Springs, Double Diamond, Cyan, and Caughlin Ranch, to name a few. Civil Engineer Licensed in Nevada and California and also holds a certificate of Appointment as a State of Nevada, Water-​Right Surveyor. Prior to coming to Home Gate, Scott worked for Colliers International as a Commercial Land and Entitlement Expert for the Reno office.
