My husband and I have been in the process of moving. We did a little research upon storage units and found that store quest had the best price match to offer! We have rented a storage unit from Security Storage for several years. It’s in an industrial neighborhood but we have never had any problems with safety here. The office manager, Jeanette, treats us like family, and we actually look forward to seeing her when we come. She has taken time to help with technical things like online payments, and always gives us as much time as we need. (We are seniors, and a little slow!) The office is always clean and organized, and we feel that Jeanette looks out for us and our belongings. We highly recommend this storage!

Ive rented two units for about a year now. This place is perfect for my needs. I like that they upgraded their gate to make it more secure. The manager Jenette is always helpful. She is always friendly when I come in and always takes the time to address any questions or concerns that I have. I have left my unit unlocked more than once and Jenette has taken the time to call me to let me know. If you are looking for units that are affordable and a staff that is great look no further.

I just wanted to leave a note for the owners about their awesome manager. Jenette was so helpful and is always on top of it! She makes sure that the property is taken care of and that I am taken care of as well. She is always pleasant and kind.
I use my space for the extra things I can’t keep in my apartment, I sometimes need something from there and when I do I am always glad to see Mrs. Jenette! Keep up the good work girly!

I am a transplant from the SF Bay Area. While still in California, my coworker whom came from Sparks told me I should call this company and speak with Jenette Blair the manager, so I can utilize a much needed clean storage facility.
At first I was unsure and was considering one of the national storage places. Then I finally phoned Jenette, took a drive to tour and inspect the grounds and units. Best decision I’ve made ever regarding storing my property!
The staff was fantastic, clean grounds, and my property is well protected! It requires a special coded card to access the premise which they track traffic in and out.
I wish I could give more than the 5 stars! I rate it an easy 12 of 10
Jenette has me and my companies business for a long time!
Oh yes! Prices are über competitive for the unit sizes and security cameras and access!
I highly recommend this facility!

This place is awesome. Where else are you going to find 10×24 units with 30′+ industrial size doors that is cheaper (in price) than the average 10×20?!
Darlene is the manager there and she is absolutely a joy to do business with! It’s so worth storing here for the amazing savings I’m getting with all the space I get AND I look forward to going there just to be able to chit-​chat with Darlene.
