Your employees need to wash their aprons! Some are so disgusting. Otherwise service was okay.

Consistent. That’s how I’d sum up all my experiences at Starbucks. No matter which location I visit, I can say with some pretty strong certainty that I know what my beverage will taste like, as well as what type of atmosphere and service I can expect. Considering all that has held true across the number of locations I’ve visited, some of which were outside of the US, I’m pretty impressive. About the only thing I see changing from location to location is the variety of seating options available, and as this Sparks location is a bit smaller than most in the area, I was impressed with the mix of comfortable, lounge type furniture, tables and chairs, and outdoor patio seating they offered. I found myself a quiet corner near a window, complete with a cushioned chair and ottoman, and enjoyed the natural light while I took a call and completed some computer work. At the counter, I tried to order the elusive Starbucks Cold Brew(limited availability at all locations) and failed, so I settled on iced coffee and a really big glass of water. From the time I ordered to the time I got my order it was mere minutes, if that, and my order was taken and delivered with a big smile. Watching the staff work with each other, it seemed this team was a bit more connected to each other than some other locations I’ve visited. They also appeared to genuinely love their jobs, which is something that makes the experience better for customers in the long run. Since I’ve gotten more into speciality coffee shops from the smaller, locally owned businesses, my visits to Starbucks have definitely decreased, but this stop was a reminder of how great they can be when you need a quick afternoon pick me up and a place to put down and get some work done.

It’s a typical Starbucks in many ways and my drink order was correct, hot and service was friendly when I ordered. I have no problem with the drink quality. I’m an outside sales rep which means I end up spending a fair amount of my week working out of coffee shops for 30 minutes to an hour at a time. It’s usually a nice atmosphere to relax with a cup of coffee and get a client meeting in or finish up my days notes. I don’t mind a healthy energetic buzz in atmosphere either But not here on this day. The music was up way too loud, the baristas behind the counter were gossiping very loudly with personal friends who were visiting them, literally shrieking loudly every few minutes, and generally just yelling and slamming cupboard doors. I nearly jumped out of my seat from being startled a few times. Maybe there is an echo in that room that other coffee shops don’t have. I’m generally not that sensitive to noise. There was a long break in between customers while I was there and it didn’t change anything. While there were many tables as well as floor area that badly needed cleaning they were still visiting and goofing off. I realize that this isn’t a library atmosphere and it’s a busy location but it’s also not a happy hour dive bar either. I understand having a somewhat noisy coffee shop but this wasn’t a good kind of noisy at all.

Its Starbucks! They are all good! IIt is just that some are better than others! This location had very friendly staff and quick to serve you. I must say they are very cute too especially the Red Head! Oh if I was 21 and single again!

I usually love coming here and they haven’t messed up my drink. But whoever was working drive thru on New Year’s Day around 11 am was definitely not even listening to my order. I ordered a venti iced vanilla green tea latte. She repeated it back without saying iced, so I reminded her again that I wanted iced. She told me my total then I proceed to pull up. She hands me a hot latte. I tell her it’s supposed to be iced. She hands me an iced mocha –____– this point, I was just fed up and was going to be late if I had her fix my drink for the THIRD time.

I live right down the street from this location so it’s my go to right before work. For the most part the drive thru rolls by pretty quick for how long the line can be. The drinks I get are spot on. The customer service lately is horrible. The last couple times I went, the employees at the drive thru work with no integrity. For example, I paid with a $ 10 bill total was about $ 7 and some cents. She only gave me back my cents. In my head I’m like this doesn’t add up. So I asked for my receipt and she says absolutely. I’m like you knew you gave me this amount of change right, you owe me two dollars. And she doesn’t hesitate at all to give me my two dollars. So she sighs and acting all mad because I caught her. Seriously? I was in disbelief. I know it’s only two dollars but that’s not right. Next one is a guy, paid with a card this time because I wasn’t trying to get jipped! I asked politely, can you do me a favor and heat this up(muffin). He rolled his eyes at me. So here I am waiting while I hear this guy mock me with his other co workers… Ugh. How upsetting. I was furious! Never stepping foot in here again.

This was my absolute favorite location. I used to live right around the corner, and although I ALWAYS change my order, people recognized my face and were always friendly. There really isn’t a LOT to say in regards to anything exceptionally done in comparison to other locations, because hey, it’s Starbucks — they want all locations to be as close to the same as possible. What makes a specific location of a chain better than others is the consistency, and the people. Smiling faces, my drinks ALWAYS tasting the same, the store being clean, well stocked and taken care of… this location is on spot. They battle back and forth between one or two other stores for being the busiest in the district, so yeah, sometimes it can be packed(especially the drive through in the mornings). I’ll keep stopping by whenever I’m on that side of town, though. They make me smile.

We are actually Open 4:30 am — 10:30 pm Monday-Friday and 5:00 am — 10:00 pm Saturday and Sunday! I partially feel inappropriate for posting on this as I am a Barista here! But just a quick message! We are a very, very busy store. Often with many«new» partners so it is sometimes tough for them to handle certain situation with speed! Our drive through is often packed! And although you may swing by for just a cup of coffee, other cars often order multiple drinks, thus making the wait times increase! We promise we feel bad! Inside the store is often a safer bet if the drive through is packed! Sometimes a drink can be misplaced, mis marked and sometimes the Starbucks goblin just eats them up! So if we are ever lagging on your drink, don’t feel bad to check in with us and make sure we didn’t misplace it! Also, we often run out of things since we are so very busy! Please understand that it is sometimes a district wide shortage on some products, and certain things get discontinued! So if we are out, we promise we are sorry and chances are we want some too!!! If any barista is ever short, or rude with you, don’t feel bad to ask for a manager or report the situation as we should always be kind and caring and ready to help YOU! But please also understand that we are human and stress does get to us and forgive us if we slip up! I am passionate about this store and company and want our customers to enjoy the experience 100% but I, myself, can only do so much!!! One last thing/suggestion! We understand that you are busy people! But if you are ALREADY late for work, don’t go through the drive through when there is more then three cars! Also understand that each barista has a different set of skills, coffee knowledge and experience! This is often why some drinks may taste different/better on different days! Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you for some caffeine soon! :)

My girlfriend and I decided to come to this location to enjoy a strawberry refresher over the other locations because this location is usually so spot on. However, we order two venti refresher just to be told that they are out of strawberry juice. Ok that happens, I guess, so we change to passion tea when we are told that they are out of lemonade. Seriously!!! We decide to do do the new cold brew iced coffee and what looks to be a chocolate scone. I hand the heated pastry bag to my girlfriend sitting outside and ask the barista if milk comes in the coffee. She tells me know but that they could add half and half. I ask for a splash The barista hands me two drinks what look closer to white mochas than coffee with a splash. My girlfriend then notices that the barista gave us a chocolate croissant. I went to point it out but the girl walked away as I was talking to her about the mistake. My girlfriend then noticed that the scone we wanted was no longer in the case. We wouldn’t have ordered food today, but the scone was something new for us to try.

They are never out of what I want when I go in. The store inside is very well stocked. Employees are friendly and fast for the most part.(Very quick inside, longer wait outside) Knocking down to the 4 stars because parking is difficult in this tiny center and the drive through is often packed because of the location and lack of other Starbucks close by. Staff is still pretty quick with the line.

These had to be the rudest staff I have ever encountered. They were totally unhelpful and I left without purchasing the tea and coffee I came for. Terrible service!!!

At least three times a week they screw up my simple order. A Venti iced coffee sweetened with light ice is what I ordered. What part of that said put cream in it? This is been repetitive enough that I will no longer go to the store.

i am super impressed with this Starbucks! The staff is friendly and prompt. I came early for a meeting with a colleuge and they were offering a buy a holiday drink and get one free from 2 – 5. Well when 2:00 hit it was crazy packed! The staff happily served every customer with bright smiles and cheery voices! They made sure to keep the place clean and tidy! They were even kind enough to allow me to order one of my drinks then while I was meeting with my college and then order my free one when I was leaving to take home to my husband!

I live 2 minutes away from this Starbucks location, however I most often drive 10 minutes to get coffee at another location. In the 2 years that I’ve lived nearby, I’ve had far more bad experiences than good. On several occasions drinks have been forgotten and other times I’ve received really slow or indifferent customer service. What makes it annoying is that this location always seems to have plenty of people working. It just seems like they often get in each other’s way. If I’m gonna drop $ 4-$ 5 on a corporate cup of coffee, I expect to get the drink I ordered and have the pleasant, cookie-cutter experience that should come along with it.

I usually have a good experience here, but yesterday when I tried to call in a traveler for today the phone just kept ringing and ringing! I’ve called before with no problems so I know the number is right, and I even waited and tried again a few minutes later, but still nothing. At least answer the phone and put me on hold while you finish up with the other customers.

Wow. What can I say about this Starbucks? I work at Legends mall and come here every single morning. In the past 6 months, this location has changed so much, and not for the better. There are a couple good baristas here, but for the most part the girls here are the rudest I’ve ever encountered. If I come through the drive thru, it’s always incredibly slow even when there’s only one person ahead of me. By the time I get to the window, I’m already tired of waiting. But they look at me and turn away, continuing to gossip. On several occasions they have taken my money without listening to me at all(I had a free drink on my card but she was too busy laughing at something someone said through their headset to listen so she charged me anyway). I’ve paid for drinks and when they finally get to me they’re cold, and wrong. Or if the barista turns back to me, she will ask me why I’m still there. When I say I’m still waiting she argues with me saying I already got my drink. Um hello? Do you see anything in my cup holder? A few days ago I came by and got a soy chai and they put regular milk. When I brought it back in the cashier looked at me and practically threw a free drink voucher at me, then passed off my drink to one of the baristas, whispering something about me clearly because I got glares from everyone there like I did something wrong(and yes I was VERY polite). Yesterday I used the free drink and asked for a trenta of my favorite drink(not knowing the rules of the trenta because I had never had one) and the girl yelled at me, yes yelled at me, snapping that they are reserved for iced coffee and tea ONLY. Ok my bad, no need to yell… I wish I could skip this place, but it’s the only coffee shop on my way to work and I keep hoping they will pull their heads out of their asses. A couple of the guys here are great though, as well as any time they have some girls come from different locations. Someone talk to this staff, they’re making you look bad!

Typical Starbucks. Packed, bubbly service with a smile, yummy drinks. I always wonder if I will find a Starbucks that does not get the same review from me. I swear they are all cloned and placed throughout the nation.

I like this Starbucks. It’s really convenient and close by. Overall it’s located in a strip of other convenient eateries and such. My drinks are always consistent, rarely have had my orders messed up, and my hot coffees are always hot! The drive thru is a nightmare in the morning until about 10, but so is the line inside. The customer service is always awesome. I’m not a morning person whatsoever so delicious coffee and a smile always start my day off great :)
