History

Established in 2007.

Vince and Cathy Norris started their SERVPRO franchise in June of 2007. Vince had worked for thirty years in the automotive industry with his father, and Cathy had worked with the SERVPRO in Muskegon, MI for 4 ½ years.

After much deliberation and traveling to find the perfect location, they decided to purchase a franchise and relocate to the La Crosse area.

SERVPRO has grown at a steady pace and now employs eight full time Production Technicians, two Marketing Representatives, a Production Coordinator, Administrative Assistant and an Office Manager.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and a job is not complete until the customer is happy.

We are located at 2451 Riley Rd. in Sparta, WI and have a large facility that is able to handle continual growth, and allow us to take on even more damage restoration work. Our employees are continually training and learning new ways to better serve our customers.

Vince has spent over 8 years working on his Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC). They include: Master Water Restorer, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, Odor Control, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, and Mold Removal Specialist.
