Established in 2014.

We are BRAND NEW to Yelp​.com, but we are not new to the business. We have been very active in Indianapolis and Central Indiana over the last two years, and after having serviced hundreds of PC’s, Mac’s, POS systems and more, we have developed a great reputation– just Google ‘Bad Gorillas’ and see.

Our small business has thrived by offering flat rates and quick turnaround times to our residential clients. We always offer the same high-​level of service and skill to our customers whether charging a flat rate or by the hour.

I keep saying ‘we’, but really you just get me, Jason. I started out as an electronics engineer, moved into general IT and low voltage work, and lately in life have focused on computer repair. I have an extremely effective troubleshooting method, and developed my own set of software tools which allow me to confidently claim a two hour turnaround on most repairs.
