Nice people, courteous and flexible with your needs. Was visiting austin for 3 weeks and this gym worked out great. It had everything from basic training equipment to advanced training equipment, you must know how to use the advanced equipment but the gym has most stuff you need to be successful.

this is the epitome of what a perfect gym is supposed to be, clean, modern and a beautiful ambiance. i was praying for years they would open up a gym to carter this ever so growing family oriented community in the hill country. this place promotes team work, and motivation whether your at a beginners, moderate and advanced fitness level .I feel proud to go to a local gym that offers such great costumer service.

So thrilled to find out about this gym that recently opened. As a resident of Spicewood, my intention is to always support the local business. The owner, Lee Ann, is very pleasant, hard working and willing to meet our needs. They have various programs that serve entire family members. Coach Jen who is in charge of tumbling and gymnastic classes has a long experience in coaching. We were very late for the first trial class but she spent extra time to blow up the inflatable so my 3 yr old could experience to have FUN at the gym. Right now, they seem like they can accommodate specific needs, and gym is open for homeschoolers. I really would like them to prosper!
