Went in at the end of a 2 year contract to buy a new phone and get a new 2 year agreement like I have for the last 10 years. Man there told me that if I changed to the ATT Next plan I could have a bill amount that was the same as I currently paid but increase my data and not have to pay a big chunk for a phone but instead have small payments built in. I said that seems too good to be true and he reassured me that ATT wants to move people off the 2 year contract so they are incentivizing the ATT Next plans and showed me a bunch of graphs on his tablet confirming his statement that my bill would be the same. So I said yes. Surprise came at the first bill, which was $ 110 more than the bill amount I had been paying for the prior two years. That is not the same or even close. I called ATT customer service who removed a $ 75 fee he had not told me would be coming. They explained that the plan I was put on would be close to the TOTAL bill I had been paying. But that amount didn’t include the payment plan of the phone, insurance, taxes or fees. The guy had ignored all that. ATT customer service was able to find a plan that we could switch to that, with taxes, insurance, fees and the phone payment plan, would equal the amount of the bill I had been paying. It has less #@$^ing data than my old plan that I was perfectly happy with until that guy talked me into something new. Division ATT should be avoided. They do not know what they are talking about. Better to showroom them to choose a phone then call ATT customer service.

Not surprised to see the 1 star rating here. I would give this place negative stars if that was possible. I switched over to a whole new plan before moving to Washington and during our move things got screwy with our bill. So I thought I would pop in and get some help straightening it all out. I should have just done it online. These employees are the WORST I have ever seen at one of at&ts stores. The person that spoke with me was inept contentious and rude. I had a few simple questions like when am I eligible for an upgrade and exactly how much is my monthly bill. They wouldn’t even talk to me about it until I downloaded the my AT&T app in the store(they had no wifi for me to use after standing around for a few minutes trying to dl over lte they tethered me to their phone what AT&T store does not have it’s own wifi!!!) then they proceeded to treat me like I’m an idiot for not just doing what I needed to do over the app. After some back and forth that was leading nowhere I simply asked how much is my monthly bill and they were unwilling to give me this information telling me «it’s not that easy» when I asked again to confirm the total monthly bill of my newly renegotiated plan. They started to lecture me about taxes! and how I should be aware that they exist! what condescending and completely inappropriate behavior. The kicker is that the manger stood there the whole time in his embroidered jeans looking like a groupie at a Kenny Chesny concert with his arms crossed staring me down never once interjecting as I grew more and more frustrated to the point of exasperation. Saying nothing as I left the store saying never mind I’ll just do this online. Who hired these people?! Do not go this location. I never will again.

If I could choose zero stars it would be more appropriate! The salesman we were working with was pushy and didn’t listen to a word I was saying! We had just purchased an iPad from target and needed to buy apple care, and he proceeded to tell us how bad we got ripped off. He wanted us to return it and buy one from him. It was a joke. I saw him coming a mile away. AT&T is a good company and it’s a shame that hired a few jokers at this place.
