Really appreciate this guy! Was recommended by a plumbing associate at Home Depot to go seek this gentleman out, in the hopes of repairing a 20 year old bathtub faucet. Bill is an expert in this field, and promptly disassembled my faucet, locating the worn out part within a minute. He replaced one of the rubber o-​rings, and gave me a second o-​ring to replace the other one I left at home. I took out my wallet to pay, and Bill simply said, «It was just a couple o-​rings, don’t worry about it…» Needless to say, any type of water fixture repair or replacement, in the future, will be taken to Bill the Fauceteer!
