Brooke Colinger needs to learn the basics of customer service. There was no communication between me, her staff, nor her. Asked for a treatment plan over and over for a year to finally have to demand it. Full xray and still did not want to give me the time of day for a treatment plan. I spent a lot of money for her to blame me for not being able to finish my goal with her because was no treatment plan for me to follow. Appointments are hard to get and she misses them only to have another dentist step in and not do the work on the chart. I had to make another appointment to finish it. Very unorganized and very abusive when you ask for something like a consultant which should have been provided the first appointment you have with a dentist. I spent over $ 6000 between my son and I to be talked to as if I was not with her time.

I have been with Dr. Cloninger and Schwartz for about 10 years now I think. They both are really nice, gentle, Dentists. The whole office staff from Heidi, Dana, and Carrie are so nice and so friendly. I always feel like I am going to visit with good friends, when I have an appointment with them. I recommend them highly. They are now in the Grapetree complex off 29^th Ave. on the South Hill.
