They have really great coffee, prices are decent but customer service is very poor. I felt rushed and while I was ordering. I had ordered my coffee, but I also had 3 other people with me. Once I ordered my coffee, they gave me the total, I said I had a few more orders, and once I ordered another drink they did the same thing, and I had to remind them again I still had 2 more orders. They asked me if I had a punch card, I said no, then they asked me if I wanted one and I said sure. Once I payed, they forgot to give me a punch card.
My experience wasn’t so awful that I wouldn’t return but I feel they need to work on their customer service. I did not tip.

The baristas are super friendly and they do a bang up job. Good americanos and lattes. Spokane should be famous for its drive-​thru espresso and The Daily Habit should be right at the top.

One of the best baristas ever, Peyton, makes the best coffee! My daughter loves her and always asks to go get her «coffee». Peyton seems to make every effort so that your experience is nothing short of amazing! If there’s a rush and she’s the only one on, she thanks you for waiting with a smile, and you won’t ever get an attitude from her. If you are ever on the north side of town, I highly recommend!

Not sure if the owner knows it but the customer service at the Assembly location is poor. The blonde barista had the audacity to screw my drink up AND openly acknowledge it with her coworker as she’s walking back up to the window.
Avoid this stand if you can. At least Starbucks will remake your drink before ever telling you they made a mistake.

The girls there are so nice! They always ask me to taste my drink just in case I don’t like it, I always do, but they would make me a new one if I didn’t. I love their white coffee and I will be going back.

Ahh. Stop talking and make the coffee. Sat behind a car where the girl was chatting away. Customer left without being handed a drink. If your running to work go elsewhere. Drives me nuts.
