History

Established in 2007.

Junk-​N-​Dump was originally founded by Dwayne Tawney and Mike Stephens in 2007, in order to earn extra money while their mortgage company struggled during the subprime meltdown. Junk-​N-​Dump has now evolved into the Spokane region’s premier year round full-​scale junk removal service. We help you FINALLY get rid of those unwanted items by providing an on-​time, professional and friendly crew to remove your junk quickly from anywhere within your residence or commercial property. With each job we proudly recycle and donate appropriate items to charity.

Meet the Business Owner

Dwayne T.

Business Owner

Dwayne grew up on the north side of Spokane where he graduated from Mead High School in 2000. From there he went to Whitworth University to pursue a Degree in Business Management. He was a 4 time All-​Northwest Conference wide receiver for the Pirate’s Football Team. In his senior year he was awarded onto the Hewlett-​Packard NCAA Division III All-​American Football Team. He graduated from Whitworth in 2004 with a B.A. in Business Management.

Out of college, he went directly into the financial industry as a loan officer in Spokane. He quickly progressed in his career and started a mortgage brokerage company with Mike Stephens, which they successfully ran for many years before establishing Junk-​N-​Dump as the premier junk removal company of the Spokane region.
