Years of Yum.
Since opening our doors in the spring of 1984, Lindaman’s Gourmet-To-Go has offered gourmet food made completely from scratch, using only the finest ingredients. Located in Spokane, Wash., our original concept was to function as a take-out restaurant, but as our popularity grew, we added tables and chairs to serve our customers in our own facility.
We take pride in creating meals that will satisfy your appetite. Our entire staff is dedicated to offering a level of service that far exceeds your highest expectations. Our to-go service offers the perfect opportunity to feed guests at a variety of different events, including:
Lunch meetings
Parties
Full dinners
Whether you are looking to have a great meal, cater to your special event or just relax with a great cup of coffee, Lindaman’s can provide you with the delicious food you need.

History
Established in 1984.
Owner run and operated by the same family since 1984. The idea came out of a trip to San Francisco 32 years ago. I was in the basement of Macy’s at 5pm witnessing throngs of people lined up to buy delectable stuffed chicken breasts, casseroles and salads that were being prepared on site by the likes of Wolfgang Puck and sold out of multiple display cases to take home for dinner. Inspired by this concept, I couldn’t wait to get home and find a location to open my own great food take out. Each year (or decade in our case) brings new ideas relevant to the times. ie: gluten free, artisan cocktails, Paleo, vegan, street food, caffe corretto… all of which keeps us excited to be part of the changing face of food and community. Next May we will be celebrating our 30th year of creating great food and making new friends!
Meet the Business Owner
Merrilee L.
Business Owner
I have owned and operated Lindaman’s for almost 30 years. It has been a love affair. I grew up in a home where food was always made from scratch. There were yeast raised rolls, rich stews and brined pork for dinners, with fresh fruit pie for dessert. Our house was always filled with people. My parent’s attitude about opening our home also meant opening our hearts, so what followed was a revolving door of colorful guests and rich memories. It is no surprise that I wanted to create that as a career and lifestyle.
