Very poor front desk staff. Had to drive myself to the hospital in excruciating pain. Jeopardizing me and the safety of others. Their clinics have awful front desk people and I urge you to consider other options.

Spokane, WA: Ladies, this is important. This review is for the Imaging Department. Came in for my annual mammagram. Wait time was minimal as they called me in within five minutes of my appointment time, a rarity in a health services facility. This regularly uncomfortable but painless diagnostic screening was made more comfortable with the addition of a thin sheet of foam applied to the metal shelf where each of my «girls» rested as they were each pressed firmly onto said shelf before each x-ray was taken. After several views were taken, the pressure treatment was over. Unless I hear otherwise, I’m told, I am good until next year at this time. The entire process was made more pleasant by the courtesy and patience of Shawna, the xray technician. She also shared the recent recommendations for mammagrams, that the American Radiology Association recommends women over 40 have annual image screenings. She was also kind to check to see if I could take the photo of the foam sheet.(It was!) The onset of getting regular mammagrams have reduced breast cancer by over 30+%.
