Established in 2003.

In 1965, Bob Snow opened Snow’s Auto in its current location. It was opened as an auto parts store and state-​of-​the-​art machine shop. It quickly became the leader in the community due to a superior level of customer service and quality products. In 2003 Cary Snow, Bob Snow’s grandson developed a new mix of product and service offered at Snow’s Auto.

I was very disappointed with the way things were handled while getting my new cars windows tinted. We had an appointment last week, they brought the car back 30 mins late, spent 3 and a half hours tinting the windows and had yet to finish the job. So we then left with a car that didn’t have all the windows tinted like we wanted. We still paid in full and had to come back a few days later to get our windows finished after being told we could come the next day and they would get us right in (the tinter apparently decided it was time to go home). Our appointment was at 12, they didn’t get the car brought back until almost 2 hours later. We spoke with the manager and he seemed as if it wasn’t a big deal and told us he would make sure to tell the tinter to get the car back. After the 2nd time of him telling us that, the car was finally brought back. I told an associate what my issue was and he instantly corrected it with a 50 dollar in store card where as the manager didn’t do anything. There needs to be better scheduling and proper communication so this doesn’t happen again. We spent multiple days and have lost out on time thanks to poor communication.

The customer service at snows is unbeatable. I recently purchased a new double den touch screen with apple play, a Clifford alarm system, and window tinting. The flat screen is great because with Apple play it sinks with my phone and let’s me send texts through voice audio without ever taking my eyes off of the wheel. The alarm system is fantastic and gives me a much better sense of comfort knowing my car won’t be stollen as easily. Of course the window tinting is one of my favorite parts it gives my car a much better look and also keeps the heat down inside my vehicle immensely. Throughout my whole buying process snows was able to answer all my questions accurately and if the sales personnel didn’t know the answer he was quick to ask his expert technicians. The price was crazy low compared to the competitors in the area. I would recommended this place to every one. Snows will be getting all of my upgrades from here on out.

Snows auto is spokane’s best 1 stop shop for all your vehicle upgrades! They did a beautiful job on my 1994 Mustang Convertible! Went from warn out cloth to two tone tan and black leather! On a separate occasion they installed a new digital media player that has made hands free phone calls and media player music a breeze! Very happy with their quality workmanship!

Usually I would NEVER give a review that isn’t good, even if the service was awful, but this was beyond bad! I would have given one star but one guy said «sorry» so I gave 2. They got us in fast to install a stereo so that was good, but they didn’t attach our stereo to the dash and it came out while we were driving,. They also left fiber glass and parts all inside our vehicle. The installation guy was beyond rude and made some rude remarks. If I could give them advice to possible save their business, it would, CLEAN UP the messes you make in people cars & boats and be polite! Don’t voice your frustration at the customer because you don’t want to work.

WOW! Shay was EXCELLENT! I went there because my remote start all of a sudden quit working. Shay was very patient and showed me how to «fix» this should it happen again and I was on my way again. I also have to say that the guarantee with this product is fully upheld.

I wish I could give this place no stars, one is too many. They had my vehicle for two days and weren’t able to install the automatic starter. They gave the car back to me and said they had to wait until Monday to call tech support. When I got my car back the electrical was messed up, when I turned the headlights on, the lights in the dash turned off. I asked for a refund and they said they wouldn’t refund the labor cost because there was nothing wrong with the installation. Of course there was something wrong with the installation, they didn’t complete it and I had to go back for a third day.

A Spokane audio dealer loses again. I stopped by to get a quote for my two front windows to be tinted and they said $ 100.00. They couldn’t do it that day so that gave me a day to get quotes from other window tint places with very good reviews and yep you guessed it. $ 80. Why try and always rip off the customer? Don’t trust these guys!

UPDATE: I am updating this review with more stars because of how the manager or owner, Nathan resolved the poor customer service I experienced. I fully appreciate how professionally he handled the situation and the apologies from him and his staff members… After receiving Nathan’s email, I went back today to get window tinting and Tony did a spectacular job! I highly recommend his work!

These guys are a joke they can’t seem to get anything right when they say they can do it they cannot complete the job. Offered me a refund it has been two weeks and I have not heard or seen it. How they stay in business I don’t know and I’m pretty sure they won’t be there for long. The most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked with. Spend a bit more more money go anywhere but Snows because what you save is a waste of your money and time. !!!

Horrible service. Horrible work. Horrible to employees. Stay away from this place. When it comes to car audio go to ANY other shop in town. 15 years as a professional in this industry and this place is the worst run I have ever seen.

I agree with a previous poster’s comment regarding window tinting… they are horrible! I knew there was a reason they were the lowest price in town. Not only did they do a less than stellar job on the tint but the mess they left was unacceptable.
No wonder they have a Lifetime Warranty on their tint, they know they will need to re-​do it! Question for them, if you don’t have time to do it right the first time, what makes you think you will have time to re-​do it?
Unfortunately for me, it does not end there. They damaged pices of my interior (door panel parts mainly) as a result of the lack of attention to detail or not knowing how to handle the parts they remove (more than likely a combination of both). 2 months later and still no remedy.

Anyone can have a one off experience with any business or restaurant. People use Unilocal to rant. It’s time that tells.
I’ve gone to Snow’s over 10 years and with 3 separate cars for a wide variety of stereo, window tint and after market engine, exhaust and all manner of weird thing that every single other shop in Spokane, and now Seattle either couldn’t fix, figure out or was willing to touch. This includes Hopkins, Best Buy, Car Toys and a long litany of others. Snow’s fixed and upgraded what the others could not and would not.
Now, no longer living in the area, I still take my car to Snow’s. Although management has changed, they still do try to do their best. Stealerships won’t work on my car and local shops only specialize in stock vehicles. So I go to Snow’s.
Don’t be put off by the low scores. People who know, know. Would you trust someone who spent $ 200 on a putting tint on their windows or $ 15k over 10 years on upgrades?

Good God. How this place stays in business is beyond me.
Don’t even think of having your windows tinted here. Shoddy workmanship and lack of attention to detail.
We had to take the car back to get two windows redone due to the lousy quality of work done. They had also taken the door panels apart and not bothered to fully reassemble them before returning them to us. There was soapy runs and residue all over the inside. Jesus Christ, how about spending 2 minutes with a rag cleaning up after yourself or putting the car back together.
Never again. Maybe the 20 year olds with hondas are keeping this place open by buying crappy neon lights for their hoopties, but anybody with common sense should avoid this douche-​trap.

I went to Snow’s for a remote start for my wife’s pick-​up for Christmas. The salesman seemed very knowledgable and answered all of my questions in regards to the differences between the different models so that I would understand what was needed. The sales process was quick, and they even scheduled me for instalation on Sunday before Christmas so that I had it ready to go when she opened the box to find the remote.

If I could give zero stars I would. Long story, but briefly summarized, they lied to me on the phone, did not get the job done, and then still charged me full price. I can’t believe these guys are still in business!!!
