Spencer’s, named for a special cut of steak, features an extensive menu of prime steak, chops and seafood. USDA prime beef. Only 2−3% of all beef produced in the U.S. can meet this premium grade. The well marbled beef is aged for a minimum of three weeks to achieve maximum tenderness and flavor. Steaks and chops are cooked in a state-of-the-art broiler at 1600 degrees fahrenheit. The meat is seared so that the juice and flavors are sealed in. Spencer’s features a varied selection of wines and after dinner drinks including a variety of cognacs, ports, single malt scotches and small batch bourbons.
