The best Customer Service ever. Working for a fleet company we use many towing services. My driver was stuck in over 2 feet of snow for 12 hours. I had three other towing companies state they could not even gain access to my driver. I found Megan and T&T on the internet. She assured me that it would take a bit of time, but her Tow drivers are the best and don’t quit and I would have my driver and truck back on the road. A woman of her word and with the best guys around on the scene, my truck and driver have been rescued, right in time for Christmas too. Thank you Megan and to your hard working crew. Dealing with you and your company was an absolute pleasure. Me being in the customer service industry, I pride my self on quality above all else.
