The Block at Monroe + Madison

They need to update their website and Facebook page. There are no photos or posts after 2014 and the website just says «check back…» They should consider hiring a new marketing coordinator.

i lived here in their downtown Monroe/​Madison property a few years ago. I can highly recommend renting from them. It was the most well managed apartment I have ever had in Spokane. For example– we had an issue with our stove the first week we moved in and the manager immediately replaced it. Immediately.
Besides the responsive service, and killer location (downtown next to Scratch), the apartment themselves are affordable and modern. Our unit had views of the Fox Theater and exposed brick. Really nice kitchen and bathroom finishes as well. I enjoyed the ac unit and we always had fairly cheap heat bills due to it being newly remodeled with good windows and insulation.
They offer a variety of units from studio to two bedroom, two bath units on the top floor. Those are the coolest because they have hardwood floors and very tall ceilings.
Our floor had a community washer and dryer room with coin-​op machines. The building has a nice elevator and also a handy-​dandy system for people to gain access. It calls your cell if someone beeps in and you can grant them an unlocked main door.
I miss living here. Check it out!
