What a CUTE venue!
I recently got to know this building ~very~ well for a good friend’s wedding. Being a bridesmaid means helping with everything from set-​up to take down and this place worked so well for an intimate friends & family gathering. Tables, chairs, a kitchen and stage are all at your disposal.
The building IS older, but full of charm… including no less than 5 pianos you can tinker on when you need a break from pouring sparkling cider. The old-​timey heaters also work GREAT on keeping the place warm when the outside is suddenly thrown into a bout of winter-​wonder-​land-​ness.
From what I understand the rental prices are fair.
Cute building, nice location, and all around great place for medium sized gatherings as needed.
