XFINITY Store by Comcast

Please help! I need someone to please contact me immediately. I’m being harassed about a scam I have spoke to several customer agents none of which based in the states and I’m still receiving these calls. 5 706 874 430

The customer service representatives are rude and dismissive. No one is willing to help. Go anywhere else if you have another choice for tv and Internet. One of the worst companies out there.

Unfortunately the people at this outlet are either liars or they are incompetent. I turned my cable modem into them and was assured that they would no longer charge me rental fees. The next bill I received weeks later had said rental fees on it. Either the customer service representatives told me falsehoods or the company is just trying to force me to pay them extra. Either way, this store in particular and Comcast in general is to be avoided.

Go see Chris Lytle and ask specifically for him and believe me it’ll be hard to cancel your cable… excellent customer rep who does care and will back it up with his actions. and comcast had better keep this employee with out question

These people are very un excited about their jobs. No one in that store made me believe I was making a good choice selecting any of their products. If you can use anyone else for these services!!!

I have heard many horror stories about Big Cable service and was expecting the worst when I took on the project of setting up Internet for my grandson who we were visiting after his move to Spokane. I was absolutely blown away by the outstanding customer experience at the Xfinity store on Division Street.
I signed up for service and got an excellent price from a Comcast vendor. That was done online. Rather than wait for my Self Install Kit to come by mail, I decided to visit the store.
Got a warm greeting from the concierge lady just inside the door who found out what I was there for and logged me into their automated cue. She said it would be about 10 minutes and that was about right. When I got called up to one of the 7 customer service stations, the rep was knowledgeable and very accommodating.
I had our new cable modem with me (good selection at Walmart) and he registered the device on our account — do this, it saves a ton of time. I wanted to help grandson by paying his first few months. No problem, they took care of it right there. He sent me off with a sack of all the cables I would need. Wonderful experience.
Back at the apartment we setup the computer and cable modem. Called the Xfinity Activation line and the rep walked me thru the last few steps– and we were cruising the web. Fast. Very efficient. I’m a. Happy Camper and an Xfinity booster.

My wife Angel and I went to this Xfinity store after having no luck working with the phone reps. The phone reps told us wrong information and sent us the wrong equipment. Needless to say we went to this store in a ticked off mood. That all changed once we started working with Chris Lytle. He not only helped exchange our equipment out for what we needed but he helped us get our monthly fees down by reworking our account. His customer service was great and he really took the time to listen to our concerns and what we wanted from our account.
We had went in with the thought of maybe we should switch providers but with how Chris took care of us and really showed that the customer mattered made us want to stay with Xfinity.

Here to pick up new modem. Was worried there would be a long wait (as I’ve heard from a few people) Checked in with concierge (Dennis). Service was fast, pleasant & efficient!

Maybe instead of having two of your employees taking smoke breaks in the back of the building, they should be helping customers that have been waiting for over 40 minutes. Pathetic.

Went in to cable store here to upgrade my wireless gateway the customer service rep said they didn’t have it that they could send a technician out at NO CHARGE, to do it. Next thing I know they are charging me 82.00 for a service call. THE CABLE STORE IN SPOKANE IS HORRIBLE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT. THE REP SEEMED DISINTERESTED IN HELPING AND MORE INTERESTED IN GETTING ME OUT OF THE STORE. I called Comcast and they took care of it on the phone. The only reason to go to the cable store is to take back their stuff! !

Don’t make any plans for the week! You will be greeted warmly & sincerely, then… you wait… and wait… and wait. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, but nobody has all day.

If you want a deal always come into the store. If you are at the end of your year of cheaper services and the price is about to go up just being in all your equipment and they will give you another great price to keep your service.
On average I wait at least 45 minutes every time I come here just to be seen. The only stars here are two employees. One older woman who used to be a service tech. Nicest customer service rep I have ever met. There is also a rather tall and bald man with a short beard. Not the sharpest tool but will definitely try to get you a better deal on your desired services.
Sadly you cannot make appointments and there is a customer sign in when you show up. Though there will be a Wal Mart type greeter at the door to sign you in because you can’t possibly be smart enough to sign yourself in on the iPad installed at the door with instruction prompts.
