Finally — After moving to Boerne from Austin, I had been looking for a stylist that could give me a great cut AND great color. I tried several places, and finally found Bonnie, who is awesome! I just had my second visit, and again, I love my cut and color. Vibrant and sassy. I think Bonnie is the owner, and she really cares about her clients. I can tell that the rest of her stylists do to. And the prices here are reasonable. I have never given a Unilocal review, but felt it was important to do so. Such a great find!

Quality, EXPERTISE, and CARE! These ladies KNOW hair. Any kind and probably any product. I am a recent Austin transplant and had been using Ulta for quick cuts and color until I had a chance to locate a permanent hairstylist. However, I stupidly got a straightener put in my hair there and they burned my entire head of hair. OMG it looked seriously fried! The professionals at Hair Tech ran my hair through several conditioning treatments trimmed the most damaged areas off and cleaned me up enough to be able to hold my head up at office meetings. They had a myriad of products to send me home with to maintain the repair process and treated me with a collaborative effort that brought my anxiety and devastation under control. Their atmosphere is very relaxed and you can read or chat as you like. EVERYONE, including the clients, are pleasant and upbeat. My services were extensive and the price was beyond reasonable! Treat yourself to what a salon experience should be like — without breaking the bank! Anyone available will do a superlative job from a styling perspective (young/​hip — to professional — to boomers). They’re easy to miss on the 46 Hwy so keep your eyes open. If they offered extra review stars I’d give them more! Don’t miss out and pass the more expensive salons by… after all, what do you really get there that you can’t get at Hair Tech Plus?

The building itself is not much to look at from the outside, and unless you already know the location can be easily missed. Everyone there is very friendly. I personally love Robin, she’s very warm and always does a great job with my hair. Amanda just cut my hair and also did a wonderful job. Shampoo, cut and blow dry for less than $ 50 is a great deal. They also do nails here and they have other hairdressers that specialize in men’s hair.
