Stopped in for some quick food to take to the park for a little picnic. Chicken plate with green beans and coleslaw plus a turkey breast sandwich with coleslaw both meals prepared quickly and packaged for travel. The meats have a hint of smoke to them and tender.

I love their breakfast tacos and the staff is always nice. They always greet us when we walk in. I usually have my 10 month old and they always offer to put his eggs from his taco in a bowl and the tortilla on the side.

Best Bar B Q in Texas! The brisket and potato salad are great! They have great group packages for parties that are great.

Stopped for a late breakfast and all 5 of us left happy. Kids enjoyed the breakfast tacos and grown ups had some really good BBQ — brisket and jalapeño sausage. BBQ sauce was a like spicy and just sweet enough. Would definitely go back.

Its been a month or so since I had Smokey Mo’s BBQ. While visiting my sister in Spring Branch, she treated the whole family to a nice BBQ dinner. We had brisket, sausage and turkey along with cole slaw and potato salad. We all enjoyed the Q and even had the next day. The meats were nicely smoked and tasty along with the sides.

I’ve had questionable Q here in the past, but I’ve kept coming back for breakfast tacos. Well today’s experience put that to an end. It’s one thing to run out of carne guisada but to run out of BACON. Well, that’s just too much.

Pretty dang good BBQ! Not as good as Rudy’s(NOBODY beats Rudy’s brisket!), but certainly no slouch when it comes to their marbled brisket and sausages. The potato salad gets high marks as well. Love the convenience of their drive-thru too.

The BBQ sauce has a slight after kick to it. Okay, screw that, my mouth is on fire. It tastes like BURNING. Their sides, well, hmmm, no baked beans, only pinto. Their potato salad is mayoeee and tastes like store bought. The meats are okay, but not so much so that I’d go too far out of my way. The prices are decent. Fed 5 people, everyone had regular beverages and 1 beer for about $ 70. Staff is friendly, but it’s not like you interact with them after ordering so that isn’t really a huge selling point.

Brisket wraps are good. The only thing that bugs me is the really cheap out on the pickles. I asked for extra pickles and they gave me a little plastic bag with three pickle chips in it. Come on folks, loosen the belt a little bit.

Great Barbecue. I know everyone esle talks about pick-up but this is not only good for pick up but it is also good for dine in. The food is delicious. Amazing beef. Another thing that is good is their amazing breakfast tacos. They are not known as much for breakfast but the breakfast tacos are just as good as the rest of there food. I really like the place.

The BBQ is really good. For a BBQ place, I think consistency with the quality of food is incredibly important, and Smokey Mo’s has been consistent every time I visit. The prices are fair as well. When it gets busy, they do a good job at being quick and efficient.

Great Q. Loved the lean brisket and the regular sauce is very complementary. Super friendly staff who explained their lunch specials and setup. What’s not to like? Nice lunch respite on the coldest day in May I ever recall!

Bbq is excellent. I have had everything on the menu and everything is great. a customer service in this store is unbelievable. Whether I use the drive thru or choose to dine in the customer service is just amazing. if I had to pick one item off the menu I would say go for the brisket

When nobody wants to cook, we pick up brisket & sausage to take home(get brownie pts with the wife). The help always takes great care of us & loads us up with sauce, bread, pickles, and onoins. This place is not one of my top 5, but is a heck of a lot closer than any of them. That’s not a knock, because it’s still really good. Well, I better go pick up my order.

Excellent BBQ! Everything was good — sliced beef, pork, sausage, rubs and turkey — lots of mesquite flavor. All our sides were tasty too — potato salad, slaw, corn, and green beans. They also have sliced pickles and onions, bread, and slightly sweet BBQ sauce to go with the meals. Smokey’s is a pretty little restaurant with lots of seating — located just to the east side of Hwy 281 on FM46. This time we did pick up and just drove up to the window in our car. Very handy when we are in a rush to get home. :-)
