Diamond Community Services (DCS) provides Community Associations and Homeowners Associations with high quality association management services to ensure that both you and your community’s needs are timely and adequately met in the Spring City, Phoenixville, Limerick, Linfileld, Pottstown, Royersford, West Chester and surrounding areas. The driving force behind forming DCS was to provide a smaller and more personalized alternative to the areas larger management firms who tend to experience frequent property manager turnover. By growing DCS at a limited rate, and securing personnel who are committed for the long haul, we have been able to provide the personal and hands on service that our clients deserve.

History

Established in 2004.

Diamond was first a consulting company for Bookkeeping services and branched out into contracting with a major property management company. After consulting for a number of years Diamond starting managing it own associations.
