We design/​draft commercial buildings and existing build-​outs for rental units. We are a full service Blueprinting and Digital Copy center. Custom reductions, enlargements, archive to disk, or scan to email. Email to tastechserv@​atlantic.​net for prompt printing of your files in .pdf, .tif. or .plt format. We are happy to serve the individual with one copy to the contractor with large orders.

History

Established in 1985.

T.A.S. Technical Services has been the «go to» Blueprinting and Drafting Company for over 25 years in Hernando County. As a Design Center, we can assist you with Stilt homes, Single Family, Duplexes, Room Additions, Remodeling projects, and Free Standing Garages. You’ll personally meet with our Design team who will assist you in all phases of design. We have 1,000’s of plans on file. We are home owner and contractor friendly!

Terry S.

Business Owner

Terry grew up in Hernando County and graduated from Hernando High School and received his college degree from Pasco Hernando Community College. In 1985, he established T.A.S. Technical Services at 2160 Mariner Blvd in Spring Hill. In 2005, Terry became a Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida. With his extensive design and build knowledge, Terry provides valuable insight into every project from both the layout and construction perspective. Donna, Terry’s wife, manages the blueprinting and digital copy side of the business.
