Established in 2013.
Built out of a desire to bring yoga to our community with the intent to educate, inform and share the gift of yoga, its healing wonder and ability to change lives when met with an open mind and open heart.
We believe yoga is accessible to every person regardless of age, body type or ability; come as you are, be true, check the ego at the door and explore your own boundaries!
