In Motion Spine and Joint Center is dedicated to RESULTS. This is accomplished by accurate diagnoses, elite treatment and functional rehabilitation.
Rehab Exercises: Patients are taught exercises and stretches to train proper movement patterns that will relieve their pain and keep it from returning. The doctors learn the latest strategies from the best doctors and therapists around the world.
Soft Tissue & Muscle Work: In the office, muscles are stretched, nerves are released and ligaments /tendons are treated to remove tension from injured areas of the body. In Motion is one of the only clinics in Tennessee with Active Release Technique®, Graston Technique®, Kolar’s Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization® and Titleist Performance Institute® certified providers under one roof.
Chiropractic Adjustments: Also known as joint manipulation, adjustments are done by hand and are a key element in restoring movement patterns and relieving pain for our patients.
History
Established in 2006.
The team of doctor and patient both play a major role in the success of our treatment plans. Treatment begins in the office and continues at home with various activities (stretches, rehab, and/or lifestyle modifications) that are unique to each patient’s situation.
Our Doctors provide comprehensive care by blending the best techniques in the field of manual therapy from chiropractors, physical therapists and medical doctors. One of our patients stated it best…“You guys are like orthopedic doctors when you diagnose, but instead of surgery you do rehab and chiropractic.”
