History

Established in 1955.

Guy Perenich started his college career at Notre Dame but after three years left the Fighting Irish to join the navy to serve our country aboard the Harry F. Bauer Destroyer in the Pacific. For his commitment and duties, Guy was honored with a U.S. Navy Presidential Citation and a World War II Pacific Theatre Operation Citation. Upon returning to dry land, he returned to Notre Dame where he graduated with honors and proceeded on to Columbia University, one of the top three law schools in the country at the time. Guy transferred to George Washington University School of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 1952.

Guy moved to Florida and became an insurance adjuster assigned to Pinellas County. He did this for three years, settling cases «with general practice attorneys who had little experience in these areas.» Guy learned that Pinellas County had a desperate need for an attorney who specialized in personal injury law. With this in mind he founded the firm in 1955.

Meet the Business Owner

Matthew N.

Business Owner

Matthew Noyes’ interest in personal injury law started after he was involved in a car crash himself at the age of 16. As he was recovering from his fractured hip, torn rotator cuff and other injuries, Matthew learned how injuries affect almost every aspect of one’s life. His first hand knowledge has helped him to aggressively illustrate how a crash victim is much more than a pile of medical records – something insurance companies seem to always think.

Matthew has been with Perenich, Caulfield, Avril, Noyes, P.A. firm since 1989. He is a partner and Director of the firm’s workers’ compensation department. He has dedicated most of his adult life to helping victims of personal injury. As he worked on his education, Matthew was a legal assistant in personal injury law firms helping to ensure that those injured as a result of the negligence or carelessness of others were protected in our legal system. By the time he graduated law school, Matthew had over seven years of practical experience.
