To me, Ross reminds me of an upscale Goodwill without the smell. Don’t get me wrong, I like both stores but some days you can find what you’re looking for but most days you walk out with your hands empty. My wife loves to shop here and can spend awhile looking through the aisles of clothes and shoes. But most days she’ll come up empty handed.
You can find unusual items like electronics or comforters for cheap but check frequently and often otherwise the one item you’re looking for is gone. Which is probably what Ross wants to happen so you’ll keep coming back.
