Established in 2015.
Spring Hill Bakery was established by our artisan baker Sarah Gonzalez out of her home in Spring Hill, TN. Less than a year after first opening we opened a commercial location at the historic Rippavilla Plantation with the mission of becoming Spring Hill Tennessee’s source for fresh handmade breads and cookies. We love bread and we love Spring Hill! To maintain the highest quality and the best flavor, we bake everything from scratch, using only the finest, freshest ingredients creating beautiful handmade bread in Spring Hill, TN.

As far back as I can remember, amazing meals, desserts, and breads were always the centerpiece of our family gatherings. Thanks to Gramma, my talented mom and her three equally talented sisters, I had an abundance of knowledge at my fingertips. Every time I’d visit them, something amazing was cooking, or a creative project was underway, and they were always willing to teach.
My love for bread grew out of a life-long love of cooking. When I was old enough to learn, I was peeling carrots, hand-crushing tomatoes for canning, making hundreds of tamales, adding and stirring in cookie ingredients, and waiting impatiently by the oven for something delicious to emerge. Watching bread puff up and brown through the oven door is still my favorite show (except for maybe Alton Brown’s Good Eats and I Love Lucy)…
