I stopped in 2 weeks before I needed 4 flower arrangements. This was to give them time to order what I wanted. I also specified WHEN(time and date) I wanted to pick them up. I called the day before, in the hopes of picking them up early. Glad I did, as I was told they would be done the following afternoon! I needed AND requested them by 10 am, as we were leaving town with them. We arrived at 10, only to discover they were still working on them and shorted us one. Plus, they didn’t have the correct flowers, they didn’t put them in a box and we waited almost an hour. Well, some of the flowers died, due tho them hot gluing the arrangement and ends of the flowers. Who does this??? They didn’t last 2 hours! Didn’t follow directions, didn’t commit to what was ordered, didn’t deliver what was asked. They’re local, but I’ll never use them again. Sad, because I support local.

The store is lovely for gifts but as a florist not so much. I’m sure the arrangements are their strong point but when I asked to choose my own roses for a presentation arrangement they were so nervous that all 19 years in business wilted out the door. So nervous were the elders that they forgot to strip the thorns off the long stem roses and cut the stems all one length at end when arranged. When it came time to wrap them Mr elder mess the Mis-matches colored tissue up so badly that it looked like one hot mess. I reiterated that it was a presentation arrangement and could I have clear wrap? Hello… Put your florist hat on!!! I had to redo everything. Will not be back!
