History

Established in 2012.

The Pod Drop of Spring Hill opened in the fall of 2012 but the company was established in 2007, as one of the early founders of the business of iPhone Repair.

The Pod Drop is a privately owned company started on the premise of customer service. Frustrated with long lines only to be told to buy a new device because it couldn’t be fixed, the goal was to create an easier solution and bring it to the streets.

Since then, we have spent years building and maintaining outstanding relationships with our customers and the best sources and leading manufacturers for iPod, iPhone, and iPad parts, upgrades and accessories.

The Pod Drop now has customers across the country utilizing the website mail-​in service as well as multiple Metro-​Detroit store locations to serve local customer repair needs. We also have special relationships with other business retailers, educational institutions and insurance providers throughout the nation.
