I only give this place 2 stars because they had what I needed. I spoke with Dan on the phone more than a couple of times to drive around for 20 minutes looking for his location.
Upon calling him back lost he told me that they recently moved. Coming into the store he wanted to argue that they were not CARQUEST and that I should have went on to their website for their website is correct. Searching on Google looking for car parts they are CARQUEST on 73rd. He chose to show me the Advanced Auto Parts website stating that it was updated. Dan had good phone skills but poor people skills
I see it that he had a product to offer, saw it as gold, treated the customer like a child, and lost a nationwide customer for life.
