History

Established in 2013.

Arboreal Inn was built and originally opened in 1981 by Rodger and Kathleen Reister. Known for its fine foods and wine, Arboreal Inn became a destination restaurant for patrons celebrating special occasions. After Rodger’s death in 1997, the restaurant was sold to a long-time emplyee and subsequently closed in early 2012. The current owners purchased the Arboreal Inn in late 2012, and after making renovations to the building and employing new management, the restaurant reopened its doors in January 2013. The Arboreal Inn is once again that place where patrons can expect fine foods and wine, an updated, relaxed atmosphere, and service that is exceptional.

Manager

Jason and Jillianne Fettes, current managers of the Arboreal Inn, have years of restaurant experience. After working for many years in restaurants on Mackinac Island, the couple moved to the Spring Lake area with their daugher Savannah to manage the Arboreal Inn. Jason is from Buffalo, NY and as head Chef, developed an incredible menu. Jillianne is originally from the area and manages the front of the house as well as special events. Both Jason and Jillianne work with clients developing menus and planning details to provide their desired events.
