Worst experience. I went for a consult to get rid of my freckles on my face. He recommend a «Weekend Peel» I was told I would have the procedure on a Thursday and by Monday I would be good as new. Well 2 weeks later I still looked like a giant strawberry. When I came in for my first checkup I told him I was very unhappy with the process and that he lied to me about recovery time. His response was «well you got a peel, what did you expect?» When I went for my 2 week checkup I had a large pimple on my chin, he stood in the doorway to the exam room NEVER entering the room, and said WOW what’s that? UMMMM your the dermatologist you tell me!!! When I told him I thought it was a pimple he walked away and prescribed me some light antibiotic. He never come close enough to examine me, never even entered the room and charged me for it. His receptionist is the person who I had to ask my questions too. DON“T WASTE YOUR TIME/​MONEY!!!

I went to Dr Sterling for a Hetter peel. I was told it was $ 2,000 to have my eyes done and $ 3,500 for a full face Hetter peel. I paid the $ 3,500 for the full face and he only a Hetter peel on my eyes. I asked him why he only did my eye area and he said I paid him $ 3,500 for good results. Well, I don’t have ANY results on most of my face and currently I don’t even know if I have good results on my eyes. He said I could come back and he would finish my face. Why didn’t he do it in the first place??? I don’t have the time to just sit in my house and wait to heal a second time. I think he has taken advantage of me.
