History

Established in 2010.

Ms. Tracy Allen, owner of 9to5Not Business Solutions, was working for a car dealership until 2010 when the company’s owner decided to close the business. Ms. Allen had already started researching ways to help businesses online before that lay off and a friend told her, «What ever you do, make sure you do videos» At that time, she didn’t know anything about video production but, she quickly learned, started filming local businesses to put them on YouTube for exposure, and eventually decided to interview the local businesses to give them a video platform. Ms. Allen created the, «What Do YOU Do?» show and started sharing businesses on social media.

Over time, Ms. Allen met other amazing entrepreneurs that help 9to5Not Business Solutions what it is today!

We are here for local businesses and outside of the San Diego limits. With the internet allowing us to be worldwide, why not take advantage of it and help the world!

I am Tracy Allen, Founder/​Owner of 9to5Not Business Solutions. I started this business because I’ve always had an appreciation for entrepreneurs and a true desire to see businesses STAY in business. Years ago at a street fair, I went around to many of the vendors and asked them to allow me to do a quick video while they were at their booths so I could give them exposure on YouTube. Everyone was happy to do it. This made me happy and begun my desire to keep doing videos for businesses to help them with more exposure which we ALL need. I absolutely love it because I not only create videos for other businesses, I create my own videos for my own products and services which has me receiving calls and emails almost everyday. 9to5Not Business Solutions … Entrepreneurs do not have a «9 — 5» mentality. Our businesses are on our minds 24÷7÷365. I’m happy to provide the tools that will represent your business beyond the hours of 9 to 5.
