I purchased a 2013 Allroad from Automaxx of San Diego. I live in Denver and bought the car via email/​phone. I dealt with Mike who was great communicating with me.
He described the exact condition of the car and it arrived exactly as described (zero blemishes).
We filled out the paper work online and he put everything in motion to get the car transferred over to me.
I recommend Automaxx and might shop with them again.

I’ve been on the search for a car for awhile now and was stoked to see that Automaxx had just the car I was looking for! I bought my 2012 Prius C yesterday, you would never be able to tell the car was in a minor accident causing it to have a salvaged title. But hey great price with super low miles and still under warranty works for me! It drives so comfortably and is in overall excellent condition. Believe the 5 star reviews! Not only is Automaxx a beautiful facility, but also a very professional environment. I attribute my great experience largely to one individual in particular; Mike who had found me the exact BMW that I had been looking for. I cannot recommend this man more highly. He is knowledgable, thoughtful, attentive, thorough, a great listener, great at follow ups, and always does exactly as he says he will do. I didn’t even realize there was such a person who handled any and all questions regarding all the features/​functions of the car you just bought. What a HUGE relief, since I only open the owners manual if something is broken. He was very patient with explaining all the new technology in the car, and helping me set it up to my liking. I have no idea how he knows so many models of cars, but he does! Definitely NOT the pushy salesman, which has scared me for many years from wanting to buy a car from a dealership. All the information and background pertaining to the vehicle is provided when you sit down and talk to the auto dealer named Mike. He is a very great, humble man who has a lot of knowledge regarding car sales and cars in general. He sold me a beautiful blacked out 2008 BMW 335i with red interior and Mtech body kit for a surreal price. I can say hands down he is the man for any future car sales!

My boyfriend and I bought a Honda civic from Automax, which is a really comfortable, reliable and safe vehicle with 5-​year warrantee and a supercalifragilisticexpialidocio (which means very very very good) price. Mike is a trustworthy guy. He answered all of our questions patiently and he has taken care of all of problems, including registration and insurance. Recently purchased my 2014 BMW 3 series from Mike at Automaxx. The overall experience with this business was excellent. I was very hesitant to purchase a salvage vehicle at first but after talking to Mike over the phone and upon our first meeting in person he explained everything to me and put me at ease in regard to my purchase. I’ve spent a lot of time shopping for vehicles in the past and this has been one of my most pleasant experiences thus far, great seller, thank you for the smooth transaction Mike!

So as a cautious consumer I was obviously skeptical about purchasing my new car from here because of the reviews but I’m glad I didn’t let a few bad apples ruin it for me. The Sales rep Mike was honest and straight forward. He explained to that the reason why he’s able to put such a low price tag on his cars is because it is Sal edge but that does not technically mean their was any engine damage. I was surprised to find out a lot of the salvage cars were just minor cosmetic repairs. Overall he was very informal and educated me through the entire I process. I’m very happy with the experience I had here and I plan on buying my next future car with Mike again!

Before test driving a car, (2014 Honda Civic LX Coupe), I asked if they could provide a CARFAX report. I was told that it would be provided after I returned from the test drive. Upon my return I was shown a few pages on an IPAD. I double checked the VIN# on the report that I was shown. The report looked great. I was told that it had been a leased vehicle.
It seemed strange that someone would have traded in a leased vehicle after only a year to a dealership other then the one it was purchased from, so I decided to run my own CARFAX report. Low and behold, it came up as a SALVAGED title. Seriously!!! I don’t know how he managed to provide a seemingly clean report, but it was clearly doctored. I am astounded by how un-​ethical this man was! (I think his name was Mike) No wonder he only accepts cash. No bank would ever finance theses salvaged heaps that he is selling.

sup guys got a great deal from this guy, although he was late to his apointment but who cares, you wana a cool car for the right price hit this guy up, i couldn’t afford one if it wasn’t for him, i love my new scion XB greeat color, first he told me it was salvage, and i didn’t know who what that meant, so he walked me through, i really don’t care, if i was to get this ride clean title i was gonna pay $ 5 gran more, go to this place for the right car,

At my first look here everything seemed legit. Good customer service but they don’t tell you all about the car. We asked if anything was wrong and he said no everything was fine. But truth is there was so much maintenance to be done over 3 grand. It was a salvaged car which they don’t tell you out front that they all are. I would not recommend buying a car there unless your willing to pay the price later for the upkeep and repair. After buying the car and going back he told me you get what you paid for and that he would help me with them stuff that needed to be replaced but It was to late. And also you would have to find financing from a place off site they don’t offer financing.

This place is exactly why I hate car searching.
I saw a car online that looked great & had a decent price. Not too good to be true, but decent. So I figured it wasn’t a salvaged title & wanted to give it a shot.
I made an appointment (appointments only) for 9 am. The salesman, Mike, rolled up at about 903 & opened the chain that is the gate. so as he was first getting in the office, he gave me the key to check out the vehicle I was interested in. From that point, I asked about the title & he said every vehicle in the lot has a rebuilt title. I asked exactly what that meant-​if it’s the same as salvaged, essentially. He said, well… we can still finance it. They only finance through USAA & Navy Fed, and you have to put 50% down. No financing for civilians? It was bizarre. He acted annoyed & like I was really dumb for wanting to research a little more about rebuilt titles & what that really meant for my financing & insurance later on. He said well, this is a $ 20,000 car if it had a clean title! Cool… but it doesn’t.
:) Anyways. Not a comfortable place for my car searching experience.
Didn’t buy, so I’m not sure how they are for service after a purchase.
But I just thought it came off like a sleazy place.

I was in the market of buying a car. After looking at plenty of ads I found my Ford Mustang with the price that was too good to be true. I called and spoke to Mike and he was very helpful and enthusiastic. He knew what he was talking about because I repair and fix my own cars. He was negotiable with the price and 2 days later I purchased the car.
I have had the car for 2 months now and have not had any issues with it. Mike gave me his cell if anything went wrong he would take care of it for me. Try this place out.
