Business Owner

Jeff Fruman has been innovating the art of balloon artistry and party design since 1987. His biggest passion is helping your party visions become a reality and will work with you to realize your party dreams.

With natural creativity and years of experience, Jeff believes that every detail of the party matters, working closely with clients to actualize every aspect of their special day.

Jeff frequently donates his artistic services to a number of clients in the Tri-​state area, enjoying doing what he can to give back to the community. In the past, he’s been recognized for his contributions to pediatric cancer, to synagogues and to a number of community organizations. He is happily married with two daughters and a dog. In his free time, Jeff enjoys camping and all other outdoor activities.
