Bug Runner the Exterminating Co Inc

They’ve been doing the maintananse on my place for years and we never have any bug problems. When I call the office staff is super friendly and they do a great job hiring techs. They are presentable and respectful of my place and pets. That goes a long ways with me.

I used Bug Runner this summer for carpenter ants and they did a great job. The technician came out, explained and showed me where the nest of ants were originating from and went to work. It only took one application to get rid of the ants but I had them come out a second within the sixty day warranty as a preventive measure.

I have used bugrunner for years. I would recommend them to any one. They are professional and courteous. When ever i have had an issue they have been right there to help me get rid of the little creepy crawlies that were lurking around.

My family has been using Bug Runner for many, many years and we could not be happier with the level of service and customer care they continue to provide. The fact that this is a family owned and operated business makes it even better. This means that every customer of theirs actually matters that much more to them as opposed to us getting lost in some large, nationwide corporation that considers their customers nothing more than a number. I’ve read some posts below, including one from a «former» employee (how sad, although not shocking, that this person has nothing better to do with their lives than air out their dirty laundry in this forum), and find it to be disingenuous that people continue to point fingers at others for their own problems. Over the years we have been a customer, Larry and Doug have had a personal hand in just about everything that has come up one way or another — whether it be by hopping on the phone, or following up periodically to ensure we are happy with the service. The fact is, the beautiful suburbs attract bugs and rodents — and yes, bugs happen despite everyones best efforts — however, I’d much rather know the company we choose to help us alleviate these problems genuinely cares about the quality of service they provide and beyond all that, are extraordinarily knowledgeable about all facets of this business. If anyone out there is considering a new exterminator, I would strongly encourage you to give them a shot.

Used them for 15 + years. I paid them for spring/​summer/​fall service without fail for the entire 15 years.
Recently found thousands and thousands of dollars worth of carpenter ant damage — what was I paying for?
All I got were excuses. Perhaps I should try to get my money back?
