Brand new home, escrow just closes, push the magic button and BOOM down comes the driveway gate !!! The alarm blaring and I have no idea what to do.
Calling everyone I could think of and then, just by chance, I am referred to Controlled Entry Specialists. THEY PICKED UP THE PHONE !!! Husband & Wife business, Vanessa answered the phone, Derek was out that afternoon, calmed me down explaining how these things work.
Today, two more wonderful employees came out to fix the gate, and giving me a tutorial on how to maintain it, etc.

Late last night came home and after I pulled into the driveway, the automatic gate went into a loop of closing, backing up, closing, clanging, backing up… I
shut off the power to the gate and left a message at CES, and the next morning I got a call back and they sent Derek, a competent, helpful, and nice man who got the job done very quickly the same day. Have had this gate for 14 years, and in the rare instance it acts up, CES is my go-​to company.
