Chula Vista, CA
This is my most fave Dollar Tree in SF county (I mean, there’s PLENTY around here!) I think it’s one of the most largest ones, and George the manager is the best! I live in Chula Vista and we have quite a few Dollar Trees around here, not to mention a new one that opened only 5 miles away from me, but I’ll still go to great lengths to go to this location. George works so hard to keep his store in tip top shape and always on the go with putting up the most current holiday items up front! He and his employees are very nice and helpful.

Ok. First of all it’s a dollar store. So you shouldn’t expect much right? Except that I have been in some very nice ones in the area. This just isn’t one of them. Nice people, but aisles are always a mess. Te floors are dirty. The lighting is poor. And the parking is challenging. I’ll drop in for gag gifts and what not, but I won’t be a regular.

They’re always so nice here! The store is relatively clean (meaning yes, things are unorganized at times but the floor is always clean and things aren’t a disaster) and the people are always super friendly. They ALWAYS greet their customers and get through the lines quick and efficiently.

Dollar tree is my favorite dollar store. The staff is always nice and friendly. They have a large selection of items and some name brands that other stores sell for a higher price. The store is clean, well kept and have never had a problem with having to step over items on the floor like at some other places. Sometimes I go in for an item and come out with something extra like my popcorn bucket. They always have cool new items so every shopping trip is different.

I prefer this store to other ones in the county but its the farthest away from me. Boo! The selection is great, its much more organized than other Dollar Stores I’ve seen. And everything is really only a dollar! I stocked up on picture frames, paper, pens, and some other odds and ends.

Amazingly good quality stuff for a dollar store.
The highlight is the VERY nice selection of greeting cards, 2 for $ 1. There’s a wide variety, good quality, and they are organized well.
Also, the people who work here are very nice.

Great for cheap convenience items! And every item is REALLY $ 1.00 or less, not like other 99 cent/​dollar stores.

Home décor and supplies, bath, school/​office, teacher supplies, toys, arts & crafts, seasonal items, food/​snacks, personal care, makeup, etc.
Pretty good selection considering this is a $ 1 store. Overall, recession friendly =)
