The Little Explorers Preschool is a unique preschool and child care for children ages 18 months to 4 years located in San Diego’s East County. Nestled in the warmth and security of the teacher’s home on ²⁄₃ of an acre, Little Explorers is designed to be a loving, nurturing and stimulating learning environment where children can learn through their hands-​on exploration and play.

History

Established in 2000.

For the past eleven years the Little Explorers Preschool has been nestled in the foothills of Mt. Helix with many little children learning through all kinds of play, exploration and fun.

Business Owner

My name is Leslie Jordan and I am the teacher and owner of the Little Explorers Preschool in San Diego. Teaching children is my passion and something I have enjoyed doing for more than twenty years as a preschool, kindergarten, 1^st and 2^nd grade teacher. I spent nine years in East Africa teaching in International Schools, and bring a unique diversity, cultural understanding and experience to the classroom.
