We had an appointment for the 11th at 7 AM. The 11th at 7 AM came and went. No one called to confirm. I had to call them at 7:30, to find out that their machine is broken, Then they tell me they’re coming out the following day I told them I would think about it. Do not run your company this way call people ahead of time don’t make them wait it can cost you money

As a ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), I try to save my homebuyer’s money on repairs, etc… but even after the sale I want them to get the best value on maintenance items, appliances, check ups, etc…
